Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior IT Support Engineer / Microsoft 365 Administrator to join our growing IT team.
Provide first-line technical support to end users. Troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, and Microsoft Office issues. Support Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint. Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, and peripherals. Provide remote support to users when necessary. Record and update support tickets and technical documentation.
Prepare laptops and desktops for new employees. Install Windows operating systems and company software. Configure email accounts and user profiles. Perform software updates and basic hardware upgrades. Ensure devices comply with company security policies.
Assist with Active Directory user and group management. Support Windows Server administration under the supervision of senior team members. Assist with Group Policy implementation. Monitor backups and report any issues. Participate in routine server maintenance activities
Assist in installing and maintaining network equipment. Support the configuration of routers, switches, and wireless access points. Troubleshoot basic LAN, Wi-Fi, and connectivity issues. Assist with network cabling installations. Monitor network performance and escalate complex issues.
Maintain the IT asset inventory. Assist with equipment setup and maintenance. Coordinate repairs with suppliers when required. Keep technical documentation up to date. Participate in preventive maintenance activities.
0–2 years of experience in IT Support, Help Desk, or Systems Administration. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Internship experience will be considered an advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Microsoft 365 Administration
- Assist in creating, modifying, and disabling Microsoft 365 user accounts.
- Assign Microsoft 365 licenses and support license management.
- Support the administration of Exchange Online mailboxes and distribution groups.
- Assist in managing Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) users and security groups.
- Support Microsoft Teams and Teams Calling administration.
- Help maintain SharePoint Online sites and permissions.
- Assist with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and user access management.
- Monitor Microsoft 365 services and escalate issues when required.
