Job Description
KEY OBJECTIVES OF POSITION
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented
Graphic Designer to join our Marketing department. You will be responsible for
creating visually compelling designs that strengthen company's brand identity
and support marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including social
media, web, email, print, and advertising.
The ideal candidate combines strong creative skills
with a good understanding of brand consistency, marketing objectives, and
current design trends.
Key Responsibilities
● Design engaging visual
content for digital and print media, including social media posts, banners,
brochures, flyers, email templates, and advertisements.
● Collaborate closely with the
Marketing team to translate campaign briefs into effective visual concepts.
● Maintain and evolve Emcar's
brand identity and visual guidelines across all marketing materials.
● Create graphics and layouts
for the company website, landing pages, and e-commerce platforms.
● Support the production of
presentations, sales materials, and internal communication assets.
● Work with photography,
illustration, and typography to produce high-quality, on-brand visuals.
● Manage multiple design
projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
● Stay up to date with industry
trends, design tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team.
● Prepare final artwork files
for print and digital production, ensuring technical accuracy (resolution,
color profiles, formats, etc.).
● Assist in the creation of
motion graphics or short video content for social media, if applicable.
● Design and produce animated
GIFs for social media, email campaigns, and digital advertising.
● Leverage AI-powered design
tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL·E, Canva AI, or similar) to
accelerate ideation, generate visual concepts, and enhance creative production.
Required Skills & Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in Graphic
Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent
professional experience).
● Strong knowledge of Apple
interface.
● Proven experience (5+ years)
as a Graphic Designer, preferably within a marketing or agency environment.
● Strong portfolio
demonstrating creativity, versatility, and attention to detail.
● Proficiency in design
software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or
Figma.
● Solid understanding of
branding, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
● Experience designing for both
digital (social media, web) and print media.
● Basic knowledge of motion
design or video editing tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
● Experience creating animated
GIFs (e.g., using Photoshop, After Effects, or dedicated GIF-animation tools).
● Comfortable integrating AI
tools into the design workflow (e.g., AI image generation, AI-assisted editing,
or AI-driven ideation) to boost efficiency and creativity.
● Excellent time-management
skills and ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
● Strong communication skills
and ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team.
● Fluent in English; additional
languages are a plus.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
● Experience in the automotive
or transportation industry.
● Knowledge of UX/UI design
principles.
● Familiarity with content
management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms.
● Experience with photography
or basic video production.
