Black Obsidian Group is a startup company in property investment and development segment, specialising in land parcelling (“morcellement”) ​projects in the norther region of the island. BOG’s aim is to also enter into the build-to-sell and build-to-lease standalone and duplex residential units over the next 18 months. The company currently holds exclusive development rights to a land bank of freehold and beachfront leasehold plots of land​ in the northern region of Mauritius of over 10 acres.
