STC Petroleum Co. Ltd is a private company which operates a 15,000 MT storage facility for Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) in Mer Rouge. The LPG Terminal is one of the largest of its kind in the sub-Saharan African region. Previously owned by Petredec Group, the Company was acquired by the State Trading Corporation (STC) in 2025 and now plays a vital role in consolidating the energy infrastructure of Mauritius.
