Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance over the
phone or by email.
Assist non-profits using the software from onboarding to subscription :
Strong software knowledge & continuous improvemnt
Master the basics of all modules.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the product, messaging, and
processes.
Turn your experience with customers into feedback for improvement (product,
resources, organization).

Adjustable work schedule: although we expect you to be there and fully operational
during our work hours, we don’t micro-manage or track your time recordings by the
minutes.
We work on usual office hours, Monday through Friday.
We try our best to avoid overtime but it can sometimes be requested to work on
Saturdays during peak periods. We do this only voluntarily and adjust our pay
accordingly.
