ENQUICKFIX Limited - a subsidiary of ENL Agri Limited is currently looking for a motivated and dynamic Workshop Technician to join its team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed inspections and diagnose mechanical issues using diagnostic tools.
- Conduct complex mechanical repairs, parts replacements and preventative maintenance to ensure machinery is fully operational.
- Handle advanced welding tasks and follow safety protocols to maintain high-quality standards.
- Assemble and disassemble machinery components independently, following technical diagrams and instructions.
- Prepare surfaces for painting, apply primers and finishes with precision and correct any inconsistencies in the paint application.
- Service and maintain engines, hydraulic systems and machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain detailed documentation of all repairs, maintenance and servicing tasks.
- Regularly clean and maintain equipment, tools and the work environment to meet operational and safety standards.
- Manage inventory of parts and tools, ensuring stock levels are maintained for efficient workflow.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors.
Qualification, Profile & Experience:
- Any relevant qualifications from a recognised institution e.g., MITD.
- Holder of a valid driving licence.
- Relevant experience in a mechanics.
- Quality Assurance, Attention to details.
- Teamwork/Collaboration.
- Exceptional manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to work extended hours, as required.
- Ability to learn to operate new equipment and new working skills.
- Capacity to conduct record keeping tasks.
