Workshop Technician - ENQUICKFIX Limited

ENQUICKFIX Limited - a subsidiary of ENL Agri Limited is currently looking for a motivated and dynamic Workshop Technician to join its team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed inspections and diagnose mechanical issues using diagnostic tools.
• Conduct complex mechanical repairs, parts replacements and preventative maintenance to ensure machinery is fully operational.
• Handle advanced welding tasks and follow safety protocols to maintain high-quality standards.
• Assemble and disassemble machinery components independently, following technical diagrams and instructions.
• Prepare surfaces for painting, apply primers and finishes with precision and correct any inconsistencies in the paint application.
• Service and maintain engines, hydraulic systems and machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain detailed documentation of all repairs, maintenance and servicing tasks.
• Regularly clean and maintain equipment, tools and the work environment to meet operational and safety standards.
• Manage inventory of parts and tools, ensuring stock levels are maintained for efficient workflow.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors.

Qualification, Profile & Experience:

• Any relevant qualifications from a recognised institution e.g., MITD.
• Holder of a valid driving licence.
• Relevant experience in a mechanics.
• Quality Assurance, Attention to details.
• Teamwork/Collaboration.
• Exceptional manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to work extended hours, as required.
• Ability to learn to operate new equipment and new working skills.
• Capacity to conduct record keeping tasks.
