Workshop Manager

ABC Motors Company Ltd is currently looking for a Workshop Manager.

Your role:

• To supervise the daily operations of the workshop.
• Ensuring excellent customer service.
• Address operational and technical issues in a timely manner.
• Attend to and participate in meetings.
• Deploy agreed business strategy aim to exceed departmental profitability.
• Assist Operations Manager in new projects.
• Good record keeping of attendance and overtime.
• Daily focus on labour hours and productivity.
• Take ownership of daily planning.
• Approve job flow in workshop in a disciplined manner.
• Adhere to health and safety; and quality standards as applicable to duties and accountabilities and be able to inculcate a health and safety culture to employees.
• Customer Satisfaction and be able to deal with customers (Very customer centric approach).
• Understand mechanical workshop operations.

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any related studies.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar position (Preferably in Automobile Sector).
• Knowledge Dealer Management System will be an added bonus.
• Good computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)

• Possess a valid car driving license.
