Workshop Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Workshop Engineer to oversee daily workshop operations, ensure efficient workflow, and provide technical support. The role involves managing team performance, validating warranty claims, preparing reports, and maintaining high customer service standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the management of the workshop daily operations
• Ensure that work is being carried out as per scheduled and planning 
• Provide assistance with regards to workshop technical issues
• Warranty claims validation
• Prepares Technical Reports and management reports
• Assist in the management of team members in workshop
• Remaining up-to-date with all manufacturers’ technical information
• Assist in the achievement and delivery of high level of customer service standards
• Ensure that all health and safety procedures and policies are respected

 REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering or Production & Operations Management
• 3 to 5 years of experience 
• Good technical knowledge
• Well versed in IT
• Holder of a valid car driving licence
