Warehouse Support Officer

 

Key/Primary Responsibilities:

  • Print daily STV & DTD (Store to Van and Door to Door)
  • Follow up and updating of Checklist ADV
  • Input of FDR (Feuille de route) in Excel format
  • Filling for STV and DTD
  • Log STV & DTD in follow up Logbook for distribution to Storekeepers
  • Time recording of daily Pick Slips and final invoices
  • Receive and tally FDR prior sending to Accounts Dept
  • KPI with OM on different subjects: exceptions / errors on invoices etc
  • HR data for transport and warehousing: Overtime reports / transport allowances communication / attendances
  • KPI for Warehouse (Completion of first 4 priorities, Damage & Brokens, Reception, Errors upon preparation of Orders, errors after verification in Loading Bay)
  • KPI for Distribution (Delivery Success Rate, Damage & Broken upon delivery, Delivery Errors, Returns)
  • KPI for Cycle Counts

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Assist Team Leader / Supervisor in the implementation of KPIs and Quality Procedures
  • Release Pickings and do receiving when required
  • Act as backup/replacement to Distribution Assistant whenever necessary.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Good communication and organisational skills to meet tight deadlines
  • Proactive and flexible with a customer-oriented attitude
  • Capability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines.
  • Have a methodical approach with attention to detail and be able to quickly assess and act on changing priorities
  • Holds at least a Diploma in Warehouse Management or any equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in Warehouse Operations
  • Excellent MS office skills (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Ability to work odds hour, weekends and Public Holidays
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
