We are looking for a dynamic Warehouse Clerk to join our team. The job incumbent is responsible for ensuring accurate record-keeping on the ERP system, and maintaining efficient store operations.
This role involves coordinating with procurement team and internal teams to prevent stockouts and address delivery issues.
Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
- Verify deliveries for quantity and quality.
- Register product receipts & product issues on the ERP system.
- Monitor stock levels and request replenishments.
- Conduct inventory counts as per plan.
Store Operations:
- Maintain store cleanliness.
- Manage and verify transfer orders (FIFO).
- Handle administrative tasks (data input, filing, archiving).
Coordination and Communication:
- Address delivery issues with internal customers.
- Coordinate with procurement to avoid stockouts.
- Follow up on open purchase and transfer orders.
Profile:
- Minimum HSC or equivalent qualification
- Computer literate with knowledge of IT Tools
- Working experience in logistics or similar environment would be an advantage
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in team and encourage participation of team members.
- Self Starter.
