Waiter/Waitress

We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team at Panarottis and Spur Restaurant.

• Greeting and seating customers in a friendly and timely manner
• Taking food and beverage orders accurately and relaying them to the kitchen and bar staff.

• Serving food and drinks to customers, ensuring proper presentation and timing.
• Answering menu questions, providing recommendations, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Handling customer complaints or concerns in a positive and professional manner.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area including tables and workstations.
• Processing customer payments using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Ensuring proper food handling and safety standards are followed.
• Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service operations.
• Up selling specials, drinks and additional items to maximize sales.
• Assisting with setting up and cleaning the dining area before and after shifts
