About the Vacancy

We are seeking friendly and professional Waiters/Waitresses to deliver exceptional dining experiences at our two resorts in Mauritius. This role focuses on providing high-quality service to our guests.

What Are We Looking For?

• Experience: Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a high-end restaurant or hotel is preferred.
• Educational Background: Basic education with training in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
• Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Organizational Skills: Good organizational and multitasking skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Service: Provide excellent customer service and attend to guests' needs.
• Order Taking: Take accurate food and drink orders and deliver them promptly.
• Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Teamwork: Work collaboratively with the kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Guest Satisfaction: Address guest inquiries and resolve issues to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Compliance: Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
