UI UX Engineer
Role Overview
The UI UX Designer crafts intuitive, engaging, and consistent user experiences. The emphasis is on a strong design portfolio, user-centered thinking, and proficiency with modern design tools rather than deep technical skills.
Responsibilities
- User-Centric Design: Understand user needs and translate them into seamless, accessible interfaces. Portfolio Excellence: A compelling portfolio demonstrating the ability to simplify complex workflows and create engaging digital experiences.
- Visual & Interaction Design: Create visually appealing layouts, clear information hierarchies, and smooth interaction flows. Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to iterate on designs and ensure feasibility.
- Tool Proficiency: Skilled in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), prototyping tools, and the latest AI-powered design assistants.
- Public Design Profiles: Maintaining active profiles on platforms like Dribbble or Behance to showcase design work is highly desirable.

Qualifications and Experiences

- 5+ years of experience in proven portfolio, user empathy, mastery of industry-standard design tools, and a strong public design presence to deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Deliverables including High-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes; User flows, wireframes, and journey maps; Design systems and style guides; Usability testing plans and synthesis of feedback.
