Job Profile & Purpose
- Provide excellent customer service to BlueSky’s clients
- Sales driven and enjoys working towards set targets
- Display correct business phone etiquette
- Organize travel packages including tickets, accommodation, tours, transportation, travel insurance and visas
- Provide clients with relevant and useful information for their forthcoming travels/holidays
- Collect payments, issue receipts & banking
- Implement Company’s processes within the agency and drive its adherence
- Engage with the clients to offer a tailor-made proposal while focusing on maximizing revenue
- Identify potential opportunities for up-selling of additional services when possible
- Keep clients up to date with any changes during the course of their trip
- Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and expectations
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the travel agency
Qualifications & Candidate Profile
- Working experience in the travel industry
- IATA diploma or any other relevant qualifications in the travel & tourism
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Fares & Ticketing
- Product knowledge to work out customized packages for different destinations
- Well versed in various areas of travel (Domestic/International, Holidays, Group/Individual)
- Well versed on Social Media & Digital Platforms
- Good communication, interpersonal & organisational skills
- Fluent in both English/French is essential
- Ability to work & handle difficult situations & be solutions oriented
- Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations
- Be a Team player
