The transport coordinator supervises the organisation of customer transfers between stations/airports and villages according to their reservations and requests with a view to customer satisfaction. He shall optimize the occupations and type of transport in order to minimize the group's expenses.
You will
• Organize pre-reserved customer transfers and manage change requests and transfer reservation requests
• Manage your activity and carry out the associated reporting
• Produce and communicate transfer and Arrival/Departure programs to village teams
• Produce and communicate information relating to the departure of customers (billboard, television, individual letters of information to be deposited in the room by the accommodation department)
• Assist GMs on arrival and departure in a professional manner to ensure effective delivery with a view to achieve a positive customer experience.
• Be present at airports & stations to ensure a quality reception
• Process current correlated requests from the "Guest Relation" service
• Guarantee the achievement of turnover from transfer sales and compliance with allocated budgets
• Know and apply the company's internal payment and invoicing policy. He is responsible for all financial operations performed in his workspace.
