We are for an enthusiastic and organized Transport and Planning Officer on a full time basis.
Main Roles and responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning of staff transport as per work schedules and sites
- Conduct surveys to ensure optimisation of transport facilities and analyze data required for planning and costing purposes
- Keep a constant liaison with the transport service providers for the smooth running of the day-to-day operations
- Investigate transport related issues reported by staff / service provider
- Follow up on claims, invoices and payment
- Follow up of routings
- Analysis of operational cost of transports
- Prepare statistical reports as and when required
- Ensure urgent transport in case of illness/accident
- Follow on company vehicles maintenance and compliance
- Planning transport in relation with welfare activities
Job requirements and skills
- Minimum HSC
- Experience in transport/logistic* related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Analytical skills
- Keen eye for details
