We are seeking a passionate and experienced Training Instructor to deliver engaging and effective training programs to our clients and team members.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Training Delivery

• Develop and deliver comprehensive forex trading training programs for beginners, intermediate, and advanced traders.
• Conduct interactive sessions on topics such as market analysis, trading strategies, risk management, and trading platforms.

• Content Development
1. • Create and update training materials, presentations, and guides based on the latest trends and tools in forex trading.
   • Tailor content to meet the specific needs of individuals or corporate clients.
   • Ensure training materials are clear, engaging, and aligned with industry best practices.

2. Assessment & Support

   • Evaluate participant understanding through quizzes, practical exercises, and live trading simulations.
   • Provide personalized feedback and mentoring to help participants improve their trading skills.
   • Address questions and concerns during and after training sessions.

3. Market Expertise

   • Stay updated on forex market trends, tools, and regulations.
   • Share insights and strategies to help participants adapt to changing market conditions.

4. Collaboration

• Work closely with the sales, marketing, and support teams to align training programs with organizational goals.
