We are recruiting a Training Administrator.
Main responsibilities:
- Log all training related information on the HRDC platform for registration purpose
- Assist in invoicing with regards to HRDC refund
- Prepare attendance sheets, certificates of attendance and letter of attestations
- Scan, file and share training related documents with relevant parties
- Update calendar of activities, and availability of all trainers
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics for internal and external training programs (e.g. booking venues, training materials, attendance records).
- Support the L&D team in tracking and evaluating training outcomes and participant feedback.
- Ensure all pre- and post-training documentation complies with HRDC and MQA requirements.
- Maintain a calendar of training sessions and HRDC deadlines to ensure timely submissions and compliance.
- Assist in compiling data for training reports and L&D metrics.
Profile:
- Degree or Diploma would be an advantage
- Experience in an administrative role with prior knowledge to HRDC/MQA functioning.
