About the role:

Are you passionate about empowering others through training? Do you have a knack for making complex concepts easy to understand? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Trainer to join SD Worx. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. You will work closely with various departments to identify training needs and develop customized solutions that drive performance and growth.

Which tasks can you expect?

  • Design and deliver engaging leadership development and on demand programs/trainings for employees at various levels.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps in leadership skills and tailor training content accordingly.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth by providing coaching and feedback to individuals and teams.
  • Stay current with industry trends and incorporate relevant leadership theories into training materials.
  • Collaborate with HR and management to assess the impact of training programs on leadership effectiveness.
  • Utilize various instructional methods, including workshops, webinars, and one-on-one sessions, to enhance leadership capabilities.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback mechanisms, adjusting content as needed.
  • Act as a resource for leaders seeking guidance on professional development and leadership best practices.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages open communication and knowledge sharing.
  • Track and report on the progress of leadership development initiatives to stakeholders.


What do you have to offer?

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering softskills training programs.
  • Strong knowledge of leadership principles and organizational dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt training methods to diverse learning styles.
  • Experience with content development.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and methodologies.
  • Project management skills.
  • Certification in leadership development or training is a plus.
  • Commitment to staying abreast of industry trends and best practices in leadership development.
  • Coaching skills
  • Soft skill training (design + delivery)
