Job Profile

Rey & Lenferna Ltd is looking for a Trainee Graphic Designer who will act as support to the Marketing Team to deliver high-quality graphic content.

Role & Responsibilities

• Assist in designing graphic contents, logos, cards, banners, interfaces, illustrations, forms, infographics, etc.
• Create and maintain files for all creative assets and resources, such as software, art materials, and special fonts, which are needed for record keeping and referencing.
• Plan concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
• Illustrate concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submit them for approval.
• Participate in the design of marketing materials, flyers and posters to ensure communication and advertising of products.
• Any other cognate duties as may be assigned by the Head of Department.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphics Design / Fine Arts or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar position will be an advantage.

Knowledge, Skills & Attitude

• Good typography and font selection know-how.
• Ability to work on graphic design software such as Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Familiarity with desktop publishing software (e.g., InDesign) is advantageous.
• Good eye for visual details and a strong aesthetic sense.
• Thrive on creativity and actively seek innovative solutions.
• Active listening skills.
• Good time management and organisational skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.
