Trainee Assistant Cook

C-Care Wellkin is recruiting enthusiastic and hardworking Trainee Assistant Cooks to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will receive training and mentorship to develop their cooking skills and culinary knowledge while assisting with food preparation and kitchen operations.

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of meals under the supervision of senior kitchen staff.
• Follow recipes and meal plans, ensuring the quality and presentation of food meet our standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and food preparation areas.
• Assist in inventory management and help with the storage of ingredients.
• Help with food portioning, dishwashing, and other general kitchen duties.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations.
• Learn new culinary techniques and methods as part of your professional development.

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• A passion for cooking and willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
