We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Trader Media to join our team. This role is responsible for executing, optimizing, and analyzing digital media campaigns across various platforms, ensuring maximum efficiency and ROI. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in programmatic buying, data-driven media trading, and campaign performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Media Trading & Execution
- Plan, execute, and optimize programmatic, social, and display media campaigns across platforms such as DV360, The Trade Desk, Google Ads, Meta, and other DSPs.
- Oversee real-time bidding (RTB) strategies, audience targeting, and inventory selection to maximize performance.
- Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and bid strategies to ensure optimal delivery and efficiency.
- Continuously analyze and adjust bids, creative performance, and audience segments for improvement.
Optimization & Performance Analysis
- Utilize data analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness, identify trends, and improve KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies to enhance campaign outcomes.
- Troubleshoot campaign discrepancies, delivery issues, and underperformance by leveraging platform insights and data analysis.
- Generate performance reports and insights for clients and internal stakeholders.
Strategy & Innovation
- Develop media buying strategies that align with business objectives and client goals.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, new ad tech innovations, and emerging platforms to improve trading strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, analytics, and client servicing) to align strategies with business objectives.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization in media buying and campaign management.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Provide campaign performance insights and recommendations to internal teams and clients.
- Work closely with account managers and media planners to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
- Support in pitching media buying strategies to clients and explaining performance results.
Key Qualifications & Skills
Experience & Technical Skills
- 5+ years of experience in media trading, programmatic buying, or digital advertising.
- Deep understanding of DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, and ad networks.
- Hands-on experience with Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs) such as DV360, The Trade Desk, Xandr, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of audience segmentation, data management platforms (DMPs), and attribution modeling.
- Experience in bidding algorithms, dynamic pricing, and budget pacing techniques.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, data visualization tools, and Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.).
Soft Skills
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented and results-driven with a passion for data and optimization.
- Excellent communication skills to present insights and recommendations.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience in CTV, DOOH, and audio programmatic buying.
- Knowledge of Python or SQL for deeper data analysis.
- Previous experience working in a media agency or ad tech environment.
