-To canvas, recruit and promote the sale and consumption of PBL Wines and Spirits products across the Hospitality Channel.
-To ensure development of sales and customer experience through the organisation of tastings and event around our wines and spirits range
Job Description
- Recruit new clients;
- To achieve sales target;
- Send quotations and proposed new range of products to clients;
- To set up and implement a calendar of wine tasting;
- To follow orders and deliveries;
- Defined the right selection of products for the right client;
- To promote our Wines & Spirits portfolio during food pairing;
- To set up and implement a calendar of wine & spirits food pairing in collaboration with the Sales Manager;
- To assist the Channel Managers and Sales Manager in their negotiations with key accounts (Hotels & Restaurants);
- To identifies opportunities of creating further demand of wine & spirits products and discusses with Sales Manager for implementation
- Plans and organises wine tasting sessions in collaboration with the Wine Shop Supervisor or the Hospitality Sales Manager / Channel Managers
- Presents the Company and promotes the range of wine products through demonstration and wine pairings
- Sells and promotes wine products on site
- Prepares and issues sales invoices when required
- Plans and organises Spirits tasting sessions in collaboration with the Wine Shop Supervisor or the Hospitality Sales Manager / Channel Managers
- Develop new cocktail based on customers and consumers requests
- Train the customers staffs around the perfect execution of cocktail in the POS
- Maintains and updates client’s database
- Ensures an efficient communication on wine products by using appropriate communications support (emails, WhatsApp...) in collaboration with the Marketing Department
- Performs regular visits to clients
- Attends to and handles efficiently clients’ requests and needs
- Documents and reports all clients’ complaints
- Gathers and communicates information on competition actions
Skills & Qualifications
- Higher School Certificate (HSC) + Certificate in Sales or Marketing
- 2 years’ of experience in similar position preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Computer literate (MS office)
- Owner of valid driving Licence
- Good knowledge in Wine Products
- Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills
