We are seeking a skilled ATM Technician to join our dynamic Fintech team. The ATM Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of Automated Teller Machines (ATMs).
ATM Installation & Setup:
Install and configure new ATMs at various locations, ensuring hardware and software integration with the central banking network.
Preventative Maintenance:
Perform routine maintenance on ATMs to prevent breakdowns, including cleaning, software updates, and hardware checks.
Troubleshooting & Repair:
Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner, including hardware malfunctions, software errors, communication problems, and cash dispenser errors.
System Monitoring:
Monitor ATM performance and uptime through remote systems; ensure all machines are online and fully operational at all times.
Parts Replacement & Inventory Management:
Replace defective parts and maintain a proper inventory of spare parts for efficient maintenance.
Customer Service & Support:
Respond to customer issues related to ATM malfunctions and work to resolve problems while maintaining a positive service experience.
Security Management:
Ensure all ATMs are compliant with security standards, conduct regular inspections, and maintain logs for audits. Implement and oversee encryption protocols to safeguard sensitive data.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain detailed records of maintenance, repair activities, and system performance. Prepare reports on machine uptime, incident resolution, and parts usage.
Technical Expertise:
Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, as well as ATM-related hardware and software.
Problem Solving:
Effective troubleshooting skills to quickly identify and resolve issues.
Communication:
Ability to communicate technical issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders clearly.
Customer Focus:
Commitment to delivering high-quality service and resolving issues with minimal disruption.
Attention to Detail:
Careful attention to detail when performing repairs, updates, or security checks.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent (required). Technical certification in electronics, IT, or a related field (preferred).
Experience:
2+ years of experience in ATM repair, technical support, or a similar role in the financial or IT industry.

Licenses/Certifications:
Certification from ATM manufacturers (e.g., Diebold, NCR) is a plus
