KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sell Irrigation solutions to planters, sugar estates and other farmers.
  • Lead the installation and implementation of irrigation projects in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Achieve sales target set by the department.
  • Provide expert advice on Irrigation and understand customers’ needs and expectations to develop timely value proposition.

 QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Proven track record in a similar role and strong existing relationships in the market.

 OTHER PREREQUISITES

  • Excellent supervisory, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Good planning and coordinating skills.
  • Must be available to work odd hours and meet tight deadlines.
  • A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Being a Self-starter and self-motivated is critical.
  • A driving license (Manual) is essential for this position.
  • Not allergic to chemicals.
