Duraco Solar Ltd provides their clients with the entire spectrum, from planning, designing, distribution and services up to the turnkey supply of photovoltaic systems and solar water heating installations for various markets.
Responsibilities
- Customer and end client lead generation and administration. Handling, maintenance and controlling of all lead inquiries through the various communication channels.
- Introduction and Consultation of new customers about Duraco Solar Ltd, the company, its products and services.
- Technical selling, consultation and support of customers and in respect of the company’s PV and solar water heating products and systems in both – commercial and residential markets.
- Preparing PV and solar water heating designs for clients and end clients. Introduction of the results and preparation of end client quotations for systems.
- Active technical and application support of sales staff in the preparation of sales offers in respect of technical and other aspects.
- Preparation of Quotations, Client Follow Up, Product and Stock Consulting and Order Confirmation to Clients.
- Technical On-Site and telephonic support
- Support the Head of Sales when implementing new products and services.
- Gaining internal knowledge about new products or updates and changes. Internal processing and presentation in the company’s knowledge base and training of colleagues
- Analysis and Assessment of market and customer requirements for new products and solutions.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and technical experience in the solar field is an asset
- Minimum 2 years sales and technical experience in the solar industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, customer centric environment
- Ability to organize, prioritize and effectively multi-task daily and meet deadlines
- Assertive, confident and clear communicator – via e-mail, phone and face-to-face
- Proficient with desktop applications such as Windows & Office. ERP System Knowledge is an asset
- Experience with PV and solar water heating systems design is an asset
- Must have valid driver’s license
