Team Manager

We’re looking for an experienced manager who can lead an international team as a part of our Trainer Operations department.

About the role:

We’re looking for an experienced manager who can lead an international team as a part of our Trainer Operations department. 

As a Trainer Manager you will play a key role in providing the necessary organization and communication required for a healthy and successful working environment and be responsible for ensuring the performance and productivity of your team.

What You'll Do:

• Lead an international team of around 50+ online trainers to deliver consistent high quality lessons.

• Propose and follow up on performance improvements

• Take the lead in team recruitment activities

• Oversee HR matter for your team

• Liaise with internal teams to provide solutions if issues arise

• Actively contribute to the growth and development of the Operations department

What You'll Need:

• Bachelors or College degree

• Minimum of 3-5 years of managerial experience

• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes

• Excellent time management skills

• Experience in teaching is a plus

• Experience in working in multicultural environments is a plus
