KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Project Management:
  • Have a clear understanding of Juristax objectives, goals and key IT roadmap;
  • Understand initiate and write clear brief and guidelines with SMART objectives;
  • Be objectively critical of requirements, processes and deliveries and implement solutions for sustainable continuous improvements;
  • Assist in the planning, execution, implementation and maintenance/support of projects;
  • Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and ensure that milestones are met within the established timelines;
  • Act as a point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication regarding project status, risks, and any changes to scope or timeline;
  • Prepare and update project documentation, including project plans, status reports, timelines, and issue logs;
  • Manage any arising issues, blockers and crisis effectively, inclusive of any force majeure;
  • Change management. Engage people and cross-functional teams since inception to ensure smooth requirements gathering,  start, execution and good running of projects. Ensuring people are engaged  since start is key to the success of the projects.
  1. Reporting & Analysis:
  • Provide reports to management to support decision-making and provide key insights to stakeholders;
  • Support data analysis tasks, ensuring that the team has access to accurate, up-to-date information;
  • Contribute and implement dashboards, visualizations, and performance metrics that track project performance and data quality.
  1. Quality Assurance & Risk Management:
  • Help identify and mitigate potential risks associated with data management, internal or supplier performance, and project delivery;
  • Implement quality assurance tasks on existing system, scripts, and databases to ensure correctness and performance;
  • Implement corrective measures on issues or discrepancies in data integrity and collaborate with team members to resolve them promptly.
  1. Project Documentation & Reporting:
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical specifications, data flow diagrams, and database schema;
  • Assist in preparing progress reports, status updates, and presentations for internal teams and stakeholders;
  • Ensure that project documentation is up-to-date and accessible to all relevant team members.
  1. Continuous Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement in project management workflows and Reporting;
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay current with new tools, technologies, and best practices Digitalisation and project management;
  • Inculcate a culture of Innovation within the organisation for betterment of the current digitalisation ecosystem, example. Artificial Intelligence tools to help for KYC.

QUALIFICATIONS AND KEY COMPETENCIES:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field;
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a project management or support role, ideally with digitalisation and management reporting;
  • Experience working with Agile methodology is a plus;
  • Practical experience with SQL programming, including writing and optimizing SQL queries and managing databases is a plus but not a prerequisite;
  • Good understanding and practice of digitalisation work processes, system infrastructure, data privacy and security practice is essential;
  • Proficiency in Database administering is an advantage but is not a prerequisite, such as data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes;
  • Familiarity with database management concepts, ETL processes, and data modeling;
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus, but not required;
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders;
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on practical solutions.
