Team Leader

Rey & Lenferna Ltd is looking for a Team Leader to coordinate and oversee workload, provide support to ensure that the team delivers, monitor any issues, and ensure targets, and quality standards are met.

Job Profile

Rey & Lenferna Ltd is looking for a Team Leader to coordinate and oversee workload, provide support to ensure that the team delivers, monitor any issues, and ensure targets, and quality standards are met.

Role & Responsibilities

• Read & interpret wiring diagrams as applicable.
• Conduct tests and evaluations to verify the functionality and performance of installed systems.
• Assist in the diagnosis and troubleshooting of complex electronic equipment malfunctions and technical issues.
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of electronic equipment and systems to ensure operational efficiency and reliability.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and service reports.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Ensure adherence to technical standards, procedures, and safety regulations in all electronic service activities.
• Any other cognate duties may be assigned by the Head of Department.

Qualifications & Experience

• School certificate.
• NC 2 qualified.
• At least 2 years of working experience in a similar position.

Knowledge, Skills & Attitude

• Good knowledge of security solutions and weighing systems.
• Good time management and organisational skills.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Effective communication skills for quality customer service.
• Attention to details.
• Holder of a valid driving licence.
