Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Management
- Identify, attract, and recruit
top-tier talent.
- Manage the end-to-end
recruitment process, including interviews, assessments, and onboarding.
- Develop talent pipelines to
ensure readiness for future hiring needs.
- Work closely with management to
align talent acquisition strategies with business goals.
- Coordinate employee engagement
initiatives and contribute to retention programs.
2. Business Development
- Identify and pursue new
business opportunities to expand the company’s client portfolio.
- Develop relationships with key
stakeholders, partners, and industry networks.
- Achieve quarterly targets and
manage a minimum budget of Rs 500,000 per quarter to drive business
growth.
- Prepare and present proposals,
contracts, and business pitches to prospective clients.
- Analyze market trends to
identify growth opportunities and implement strategic business solutions.
3. Strategic Collaboration
- Collaborate with senior
leadership to define short- and long-term business development plans.
- Act as a bridge between recruitment
team and management to ensure talent and business goals are aligned.
- Monitor and report on key
performance indicators (KPIs) related to talent acquisition and business
growth.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business
Administration, Human Resources, Sales, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven track record in
recruitment, talent management, and business development (3+ years
preferred).
- Strong understanding of the HR
recruitment lifecycle and sales processes.
- Excellent negotiation,
communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage budgets
effectively and meet performance targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software,
applicant tracking systems (ATS), and MS Office Suite.
- A proactive and
results-oriented approach to problem-solving.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Successful recruitment of top
talent within defined timelines.
- Achievement of quarterly
revenue targets (minimum Rs 500,000).
- New client acquisition and
retention rates.
- Contribution to employee
engagement and talent retention strategies.
