The Role & Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert sourcing and attraction of candidates to fill resourcing requirements. Support the development and implementation of employer branding and champion superior recruitment skills.
Job Responsibilities:
The role duties and responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:
- Develop sourcing strategies and conduct market mapping
- Research new candidate attractive methods and tools
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and provide coaching to hiring managers
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
- Work to improve the company profile in the financial services industry by developing candidate attractive strategies and actions
- Build market intelligence of candidates and build pipelines for niche roles
- Design all job advertising to ensure it attracts the right talent
- Provide training, coaching and support to hiring managers on recruitment and interviewing skills
- Set talent acquisition targets and provide reporting and analytics that work to reduce time to fill
- Identify suitable screening, interviewing and background check tools to recruit the right candidates
- Collaborate to build the employer brand
- Provide innovative ideas and action plans for sourcing and advertising methods
- Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”

Qualifications and Experience:
- A degree in Human Resource or any relevant degree
- At least 4-5 years’ proven experience as Talent Acquisition Specialist (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
