System Admin – Spanish Language

We are looking for a System Admin - Spanish Language with at least 1 year of experience. The candidate should be able to work remotely with minimum supervision.

 

Principal Responsibilities:

Responsible to provide technical support to partners over the call, email or chat.

•  Should be proficient in dealing with L1 and L2 level issues on Microsoft 365 services such as, Exchange Online, Exchange Hybrid, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Work or School, Intune, and MS Teams.

•  Troubleshooting the advanced Microsoft 365 issues and performing call backs ensuring issues are resolved in the defined SLA & appropriate solution is provided to the customer.

•  Resolving any global, cross-functional or work-team issues.

•  Reporting and trending on the effectiveness of the solutions and standards.

•  Initiate improvements in tools, requirements gathering, processes, and people

• Responsible to investigate causes, tests solutions & suggest solutions in place to reduce the time taken to resolve Microsoft 365 related tickets.

•  Should be able to use & provide advanced tools for Microsoft 365 issues diagnosis & troubleshooting

Technical Skills:

  •  Basic understanding of Win 10, 11, Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019, 2021.
  • Knowledge of emailing: MS Exchange 2007, 2010, 2013 ,2016, 2019 & Online (O365)
  • Extensive knowledge of Exchange Online, Exchange Hybrid, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for business, MS- Teams, Mail Flow, Defender, Intune, SharePoint Online permissions, Mailbox Migration (Exchange Hybrid, Cutover, Staged, IMAP, Google Workspace, Network Import, Retention Policies, Email Header analysis, Extended Message Trace analysis, e-Discovery, content search, threat policies, Exchange Online Protection, Fiddler/SARA logs analysis, enrolling devices in Intune, conditional access policies, Microsoft Teams policies, Microsoft Teams PSTN, Microsoft Entra Connect, Password writeback, directory synchronization, password hash synchronization, self-service password reset).
  • Should have extensive experience in performance monitoring and troubleshooting activities with using advanced tools like PowerShell
  • Extensive understanding of network protocols e.g. TCP / IP & mail traffic & DNS flows

 

Education & Experience

  • Should have worked as a Level 1 Cloud Engineer in Exchange Online, Exchange Hybrid, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Entra Connect, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Work or School, Intune and Microsoft Teams for at least 1 year.
  • Should have at least 1-2 years of total working experience.
  • Any Graduate or Undergraduate.
  • Should have extensive working knowledge of Microsoft 365 cloud services
