We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain & Administrative Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our supply chain processes while providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in the administrative duties of the company.
- Assist the General Manager in his daily tasks.
- Ensure compliance with the internal procedures and methodologies are applied.
- Prepare purchase orders/commercial invoices, approve, and validate them as per the prescribed procedures.
- Verify and check all invoices prior to approval by the concerned reporting line.
- Gather information on items to be ordered in a timely manner.
- Liaise with suppliers/clients to ensure products are collected and reached the destination on time.
- Monitor the debtors and chase clients for payment on time.
- Prepare and submit reports as and when required.
- Act as a supply chain and administrative support.
- Monitor the stock of products, raw materials.
- Data input in the system.
- Perform any additional duties as may be assigned.
- Valid driving license
Work days: Monday to Friday
Work Hours: 08:00 - 17:00

Note:
"As per the Workers Right as at 27 July 2024 for the End-Of-Year bonus (Section 53,(3) (c), if an emlpoyee resigns in the course of the year on or after having been in continuous employment for at least 8 months, the worker shall be paid not later than the last working day of the month in which his employment is terminated, he retires or resigns, as the case may be, a bonus equivalent to one-twelfth of his earnings for that year."
The End-Of Year bonus will be paid on Prorata.
