Supervisor

Daily planning and management of operators and resources with the support of Team Leaders to meet quality and delivery of products as agreed targets and following the production Work Orders in Clean Rooms.

Key Responsibilities

1)      Team Leadership

• Provide guidance to Team leaders where necessary concerning product specifications, quality measures and planning
• Identify manpower requirements
• With the support of Team Leader, manage the performance of all Operators
• Identify and carry out on the job training and ensure skills matrix implementation

2)      Quality/Resource Management

• Ensures that the right quality and quantity of raw materials and equipment / tools are available according to the defined production schedules, on a weekly basis
• Liaise with the Head of Department to resolve any issues with resource availability

3)      Production Target

• Take action to ensure that the various production KPI’s and targets are met on a daily, weekly, monthly basis
• Escalate matters where necessary to the Head of Department / Engineering team where necessary

Eligibility Criteria

• HSC Holder
• At least 2 years experience at Team Leader level
