Reporting to the Operations Manager of Home Solutions, the Supervisor will be responsible to manage the daily works on sites
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage production on site, including manpower planning, materials procurement planning, and day-to-day running.
• Communicate, monitor and coordinate works, provide regular updates on project progress, address client concerns, and adapt plans to meet client needs.
• Review and monitor drawings, ensuring construction follows design specifications and quality standards.
• Manage projects with respect to budget (allowable), technical & client specifications, and deadlines.
• Develop & administer quality control procedures.
• Prepare technical report based on site occurrences, project milestones, and any issues or changes that arise, along with potential solutions.
• Establish and maintain client relationship to promote our Company and associated services.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in management of large interiors and fit out projects.
• Fully conversant with MS Project software and Microsoft Office tools.
• Additional qualifications in Project Management would be an advantage.
