Rey & Lenferna Ltd is looking for a Storekeeper responsible for maintaining the general organisation and layout of the store. The latter records updates of physical inventory totals, receipts, adjustments and returns.

Job Profile

Rey & Lenferna Ltd is looking for a Storekeeper responsible for maintaining the general organisation and layout of the store. The latter records updates of physical inventory totals, receipts, adjustments and returns.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Receive, unload, and shelve materials/products.
  • Accurately record facility’s inventory system by updating records of physical inventory totals, receipts, adjustments and returns.
  • Prepare delivery of product/material as per Pick Instructions.
  • Take delivery of all incoming materials.
  • Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to account for reimbursements and record keeping.
  • Capture serial amount of products/equipment on ERP and ensure it appears on the relevant documents.
  • Ensure that handling and storage of all materials/products are properly managed, using the FIFO system.
  • Maintain and ensure a clear and organised record to ensure all reports and invoices are filed and stored properly.

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Holder of a Higher School certificate.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.

Knowledge, Skills & Attitude

  • Basic knowledge of mathematics.
  • Knowledge of basic stock inventory procedures, purchase orders, invoices.
  • Good communication skills to provide excellent customer service.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours.
  • Ability to work in a team and independently with minimum supervision.
