Store Supervisor

The Store Supervisor plans and directs the day-to-day operations of the store. Develop strategies to improve customer service and drive store sales. Maintain high store standards and conditions and foster a positive environment.

DUTIES:

• Supervise Day to Day Running of the Finished Feeds Stores.
• Lead and Manage a Stores Personnel Team and ensure proper functioning of the stores.
• Follow up with Production and ensure all orders are ready and that Buffer stocks are always at acceptable levels.
• Follow up and collaborate with Sales Team and ensure timely organisation of bagged feed deliveries.
• Daily organisation of deliveries with lorry contractors and ensure Bag delivery plan is being followed.
• Ensure good store management practices such as FIFO, Inventories, Cyclic counts, Pest Control ect are strictly followed.
• To report on daily Store activities.
• To process and report on daily, weekly and monthly KPI’s.
• To follow up closely ageing of feeds and take necessary actions to prevent feeds from becoming past dated.
• Keeping records of expenditures, stores maintenance and employee performance.
