We are looking for a results driven retail Store Manager to be responsible for the overall store management. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively. Candidates will have the most success if they have a background in financial planning, employee recruitment, or retail management. Store Manager responsibilities may include supervising assistant store managers.
Responsibilities
- Developing Business Strategies and stand out of competition, creating business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
- Delivering excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Motivating the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards. Shelves and Racks are properly stocked and products do not fall off the shelves.
- Hiring, training, and overseeing new staff. Update colleagues on business performance.
- Responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Ensuring store compliance with health and safety regulations. Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures..
- Developing and arranging promotional material and in-store displays.
- Preparing detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits.
- Undertaking store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records.
- Manage Stock levels and make key decisiong about inventory control.
- Propose innovative ideas to increase market share. Reporting on market and customer trends to identify areas of opportunity
- Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
- Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance
- Initiate changes to improve the business communication.
- Day to Day Store Operation, follow up on execution towards an effective way.
- Additional store manager duties as needed.

- Certificate in Business Administration or relevant field
