Our client in the farming sector is seeking to recruit a Store Coordinator who will report to the Supply Chain Manager. The incumbent will be responsible for leading and motivating teams to maintain efficient operations.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate and train a team to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the stores.
  • Ensure optimal inventory levels and efficient stock management.
  • Coordinate with different departments to streamline processes.
  • Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and cleanliness.
  • Monitor and report on key metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Production Management, or equivalent qualifications.
  • Proven experience in a store management or supervisory role within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt and respond effectively to changing circumstances.
  • A self starter with a roll up sleeve approach.
  • Proficiency in MS tools and WMS software.
  • A proactive leader with a solid background in inventory management and a keen understanding of food safety protocols.
  • Promoter for Animal Welfare.
