Our client in the farming sector is seeking to recruit a Store Coordinator who will report to the Supply Chain Manager. The incumbent will be responsible for leading and motivating teams to maintain efficient operations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate and train a team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Oversee the daily operations of the stores.
- Ensure optimal inventory levels and efficient stock management.
- Coordinate with different departments to streamline processes.
- Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and cleanliness.
- Monitor and report on key metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Production Management, or equivalent qualifications.
- Proven experience in a store management or supervisory role within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt and respond effectively to changing circumstances.
- A self starter with a roll up sleeve approach.
- Proficiency in MS tools and WMS software.
- A proactive leader with a solid background in inventory management and a keen understanding of food safety protocols.
