Avipro Co. Ltd company of the Eclosia Group, is a pioneer in the poultry sector in Mauritius. Its main activities are breeding and production, grouped respectively under the Farming and Processing entities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate and train a team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Oversee the daily operations of our stores
- Ensure optimal inventory levels and efficient stock management
- Coordinate with different departments to streamline processes
- Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and cleanliness
- Monitor and report on key metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Production Management, or equivalent qualifications
- Proven experience in a store management or supervisory role within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt and respond effectively to changing circumstances.
- A self-starter with a roll-up sleeve approach.
- Proficiency in MS tools and WMS software
