Store Attendant- Hennessy Park Hotel

Assist in storage, and delivery of all store items (food, beverage and consumables) and acrry out duties related to the store.

• Be fully conversant with, and to strictly adhere to the hotel’s purchasing and storage procedures.
• Assist the storekeeper in ensuring that all requisitions are correctly prepared and marked with the department which the goods are for – that they are dated and signed for by an authorised person.
• Collect goods from the receiving bay to all stores accordingly within food safety critical limits especially for chilled and frozen food.
• Label all food items in the store as per the labelling and traceability procedures of the hotel.
• Deliver food, beverage and consumable items to other departments following the First in and First out system.
• Transfer batch numbers (or code) as per traceability procedure for food and beverage items.
• Ensure loading bay and areas in front of cold rooms, chill rooms, beverage store, and dry store are kept clean after products transferred in stores and after delivery.
• Maintain all stores in a neat, tidy, hygienic and clean manner.
• Do store check to ensure all products in the stores are well displayed, well stacked with no risk of damaging and contamination, and no expired or non conforming products.
• Ensure products in store are stacked as per food safety management system and legal requirements.
