Store Attendant

RESPONSIBILITIES -To receive and inspect all incoming and outgoing materials in order to verify quality and quantity. -To count, weight goods received and reconcile with purchase orders.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• To assist / help in the loading and unloading of materials from trucks upon delivery .
• To receive and inspect all incoming and outgoing materials in order to verify quality and quantity.
• To count, weight goods received and reconcile with purchase orders.
• To keep an updated record of materials and make inventory of same.
• To maintain adequate/required level of stock.
• To store all supplies and materials in a practical order and manner.
• Keep shelves/racks in good order.
• To ensure proper housekeeping.

Qualifications & Experience Required

• HSC with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar environment.
• Computer Literate (MS Office)
• Holder of a valid driving licence
• Be safety culture oriented in line with the group policies
• Good planning & organizational skills
• Good presentation & communications skills
• Responsible and reliable
