QBL is looking for an organized, experienced store keeper to be responsible for all stock, staff management, and planning for the store.
The key responsibilities and tasks will include the following:
- Take deliveries of all incoming materials and reconcile with Purchase Orders.
- Track documents & resolve any discrepancies on received orders.
- Ensure accuracy of the inventory by updating records of frequent physical stock inventory.
- Manage Inventory and ensure they are within established minimum and maximum levels.
- Keep up to date records of receipts and withdrawal from stock.
- Proper filing and recordings.
- Proper management of defects, damaged stock.
- Preparation of reports for management on stock.
- Perform any other cognate duties as delegated by superiors like heavy weightlifting, support in forklifts tasks.

Store Keeper Requirements:
- Must be organized and punctual.
- Well-presented and professional.
- A school qualification or equivalent.
- Prior experience is an advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
