Logidis Ltd is looking for an experienced and passionate professional who will assist in its transformational journey in MBP & CFS department. The incumbent will be responsible for driving key initiatives to create and add value to the company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee and manage both CFS and MBP teams efficiently, ensuring proper team spirit and workforce versatility.
Ensure smooth daily operations, including planning, scheduling, and coordination of container movements and logistics activities.
Liase with Customs authorities and transport partners, to address requests and operational issues promptly.
Ensure stock accuracy through counterchecks and audits.
Monitor and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
Work closely with Maintenance, Quality, and Sales teams to resolve operational issues and enhance efficiency.
Manage and optimize the budget, ensuring financial discipline and resource optimization.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Minimum SC holder.
Minimum 7 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.

OTHER PREREQUISITES:

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools for logistics and reporting.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication skills.
