Main Responsibilities:
- Cleans crockery, cutlery and kitchen equipment
- Ensures observance of health and sanitary regulations in kitchen.
- Adhere to observance of the company’s cleaning, hygiene, food and safety standards.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Living in the Moka-St Pierre and Plaines Wilhems regions would be an advantage
- Able to work on a shift system, on irregular hours, on Weekends
- Organised and able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
- Working experience in a similar position would be an advantage
- Dynamic coupled with a high level of integrity.
- In possession of a valid food handlers certificate would be an advantage
