Main Responsibilities:

  • Cleans crockery, cutlery and kitchen equipment
  • Ensures observance of health and sanitary regulations in kitchen.
  • Adhere to observance of the company’s cleaning, hygiene, food and safety standards. 


Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Living in the Moka-St Pierre and Plaines Wilhems regions would be an advantage
  • Able to work on a shift system, on irregular hours, on Weekends 
  • Organised and able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
  • Working experience in a similar position would be an advantage 
  • Dynamic coupled with a high level of integrity. 
  • In possession of a valid food handlers certificate would be an advantage
