Spa Therapist

Provide exceptional treatments and expert product advice and ensure a relaxing guest experience while maintaining high standards of hygiene and professionalism.

What You Will Be Doing?

• Provide high-quality spa treatments tailored to guests’ needs and expectations.
• Offer professional advice on spa products and services to enhance the guest experience.
• Handle guest complaints with care and escalate concerns to the Spa Manager when necessary.
• Ensure treatment recommendations align with client preferences and requirements.
• Set up and reset treatment rooms and relaxation areas as per established protocols.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of spa materials and treatment rooms.
• Follow strict health and safety regulations to ensure a safe and relaxing environment for guests.
• Actively participate in spa training and apply acquired skills in daily tasks.
• Assist with marketing efforts, contributing to spa promotions and guest engagement.
• Monitor and replenish the Spa Shop inventory, minimizing wastage and ensuring stock availability.
• Inform the Spa Manager of any stock replenishment needs.
• Take responsibility for the Spa Reception in the absence of the Receptionist.
• Handle invoices, consultations, reports, and inventory management as per spa standard operating procedures (SOPs).

What We’re Looking For?

• Minimum Form III education or equivalent professional training.
• Recognized qualification in Aesthetics and Massage Therapy.
• At least 1 year of experience in a spa environment, preferably in a hotel setting.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Fluent in English and French (both written and spoken); a third language is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail, cleanliness, and organization.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
