- Maintain a personal attitude of a high standard and quality, which produce efficiency and productivity of the department
- Adhere to the food safety management system procedures with regards to personal hygiene and operation procedures
- Arrival for all assigned shifts on time and in proper uniform, nametag and a good personal appearance and hygiene at all times in accordance with all hotel policies
- Monitor attendance sheet and EFTE of team on a day to day basis
- Assist in planning weekly roster and handover to the HR Department
- Submit all guest/ staff incident reports to the Head Chef and HR Department
- Ensure culinary standards comply with Hotel Policies and Procedures
- Maintain daily log book and to update communication board
- Implement a flexible scheduling based on business patterns
- Check all cook mise en place prior to serving time to ensure all standards are met
- Ensure that the par stocks for all operating equipment, supplies, inventoried items are strictly adhered to and that the outlet is adequately equipped
- Assist in monthly inventory checks
