We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our team at Capital Horizons Ltd in Floreal, Mauritius. Capital Horizons is a 100% privately held organisation by the Kundomal & Co, which owns interests in financial services, fund managers, real estate development companies and Technology companies.The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for the reporting, regulatory compliance, accounting, finance, taxation and any other cognate duties of the Kundomal & Co Group of companies and Capital Horizons Ltd portfolio of clients.  The main duties are as follows:

1. Preparation, examination and analysis of accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to ensure accuracy, completeness and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
2. Tax computation and returns, ensuring compliance with payment reporting and other tax requirements.
3. Analysis of business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice.
4. Reporting to management regarding the finances.
5. Develop, maintain and analyse budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual cost.
6. Survey operations to ascertain accounting needs and to recommend, develop, and maintain solutions to business and financial problems.
7. Monitoring cash flow; payments and receipts including invoicing.
