Main responsibilities:
• Assist members and guests during the dinner service with wine recommendations and selection for perfect pairing with their dinner, decanting of the wine and wine service
• Explain the quality and characteristics of wines.
• Controls stocks, inventories and requisitions.
• Share different levels of wine knowledge and must be able to promote and grow the Wine Program.
• Assures mise-en-place of glasses and wine stands.
• Ensures a good collaboration and coordination in team.
Qualifications and profile:
• Wine and Spirit Education Trust Level 1 & 2
• Secondary Academic Qualifications (SC/HSC)
• Previous professional experience in Wine waiting
• Customer and Sales Oriented
• Fluent in English and French
• A third language will be an advantage
• Pleasant and Outgoing personality
