Our goal is to create an unforgettable journey for our guests, and we are looking for a creative Social Media Officer to help share our story with the world.

We are seeking a Social Media Officer to manage and grow our online presence on a part time basis. You’ll be responsible for creating engaging content, building a strong social media community, and promoting the Deers brand across various platforms. Your creativity and ability to connect with our audience will play a key role in enhancing our restaurant’s visibility and reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create, curate, and schedule content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance, using insights to optimize strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote special events, new menu items, and other initiatives.
• Engage with followers and respond to inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices to ensure the Deers brand remains fresh and relevant.
• Work closely with the team to develop content that reflects the elegance and creativity of the Deers experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Officer or in a similar role, ideally in hospitality or the food & beverage industry.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
• Excellent writing, editing, and content creation skills.
• Creativity and ability to produce visually compelling content.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of social media analytics and insights tools.
